For sale of property
2% of the total price of the sale + VAT
The above remuneration shall be payable upon signature of the deed of sale.
The attention of the principal is drawn on the fact that the above commission shall be due as soon as all conditions precedent mentioned in any pre-sale agreement would have been fulfilled, even if, for any reason whatsoever, not attributable to the agent, the reiteration of the sale by authentic deed cannot take place within the agreed time limit. If the default is exclusively attributable to the purchaser, the commission shall not be due.
For mid or long term rental of property
10% of the total rent but not more than 1 month rent + VAT
The said price shall be payable upon signature of lease
For holiday rentals (payable on a day to day basis)
10% of the total rent but not more than 1 month rent + VAT
